During the MVP phase, we do not require accounts or personal registration. When you submit a theme and choose a style, the text you provide is sent to the AI model to generate lyrics. We do not intentionally store your prompts or generated lyrics on our servers. Basic technical logs (e.g., error logs, request metadata) may be retained for debugging and performance monitoring.

2. How we use your data

• To process your request and return generated lyrics.
• To monitor uptime, performance, and abuse (rate limiting, security).
• To improve the product based on aggregated, non-identifying metrics.

3. Third-party services

We use an AI model API (SiliconFlow) to generate lyrics. Your prompt is sent to that provider to produce the output. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. We do not sell or share your prompts with advertisers.

4. Cookies and tracking

The site is designed to run without login and without marketing cookies during the MVP phase. Basic analytics or error tracking may be added in the future; if so, we will update this page and provide clear notice.

5. Data retention

We do not persist user-provided prompts or generated lyrics. Technical logs, if kept, are retained only as long as necessary for security and diagnostics, then deleted.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, restricted access to infrastructure) to protect data in transit. No system is fully immune to risk, so avoid submitting sensitive personal information in prompts.

7. Your choices

Using the site is optional and does not require an account. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use. If we later add accounts or persistent storage, you will receive updated terms and controls.
